Maintenance and support

We are providing full support service with a maintenance contract.

Once you have a software maintenance contract, we will provide you with the support services as follows.

1. The following maintenance items will be handled by telephone, fax, and email.

  • Responding to your questions regarding software usage
  • Software operation support and instruction
  • Isolation of hardware- and software-caused problems
  • Software version update
  • The targets of the software updates will only be “Report NAVI” and “Care NAVI”.

2. The following maintenance items will be handled during visitation.

  • Fixing software malfunctions
  • Responding to software maintenance and customization requests
  • The software targeted for maintenance and customization is only “Kenshin NAVI 10”.

3. A separate fee will be charged in the following cases.

  • In case of viruses or problems due to other companies’ software
  • In the case where complex contents are required for maintenance work and customization.
  • In cases where it is necessary to make specific changes in accordance with legal revisions such as for the Industrial Safety and Health Act, ministerial ordinances, and health checkup reports for the Japan Health Insurance Association.

Maintenance working hours

As a rule, our maintenance work hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on business days.

5. Introduction flow

We cooperate with each customer kindly and carefully, from consultation and quotation to installation and operation.

  • Business design

    Proposals and Orders
    Analysis of the current situation and system requirements; we will also check the details of various forms.
    We may submit another proposal for the customized parts.
  • Construction of a system that includes the migration of data from the previously used system

    Design and development
    We will start the development based on the required specifications.
    Various form designs, specific automatic assessment, statistical functions, etc.
    Preparation for introduction
    We ask our customers to make preparations regarding the following points. Prepare the following: A person in charge at the reception desk; the workflow; the medical examination course; the judgment standard values; any other format templates; and CSV data of the health examination data at the time of transition, etc.
  • Maintenance of the software based on the software maintenance contract

    Installation and operation of the system, pre-registration of data, management, introductory course.
    Operation start and maintenance
    At this stage, we will make final adjustments within the actual operation system.
